Fallah Jibba, a graduate from ETU, Kenema Campus, majoring in Agriculture, is a dedicated teacher leader, currently serving in RC Primary School, Gbondapi Community, Pujehun District. Passionate about transforming lives through education, Fallah is committed to ensuring that children in rural communities have access to learning opportunities and the support they need to learn, grow and thrive.

Beyond the classroom, Fallah actively reaches out to children who have dropped out of school due to poverty, lack of support, or difficult home conditions. Through village outreaches, and engagements with parents and guardians, he advocates on the importance of education. He has successfully supported several children to return to school and continue their learning journey.
